David has
taught music for over twenty years, and has been with Jammer's for
ten years. He started his trumpet studies in the 8th grade, with
Edward Mirr, the first trumpet of the Richmond Symphony Orchestra.
While in Germany, he took lessons from the opera trumpeters, Oskar
Barth and Hans Hermann. While working on his master's, he studied
with the (now retired) Lloyd Geisler, first trumpet of the
National Symphony Orchestra, in Washington, DC. |
